This project was completed for Walt Disney World, one of the most iconic entertainment destinations in the world. It included work at the France Pavilion in EPCOT and the exclusive Cinderella’s Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom—both spaces that reflect Disney’s commitment to immersive guest experiences and meticulous detail.

France Pavilion: Replace existing stage curtains with new, identical treatments for a refreshed yet consistent visual experience.

Cinderella’s Castle Suite: Redesign and replace the top-of-bed and window treatments with new, elegant embroidered elements.

Ensure all updates meet Disney’s high standards for quality, aesthetics, and brand continuity.
Challenges:

All work had to be completed overnight (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) to avoid disrupting guest experiences.

France Pavilion: Extremely large curtains required specialized equipment for removal and installation; all replacements had to match existing materials exactly.

Cinderella’s Suite: Each embroidered coverlet included 370,000 stitches; the canopy and bed skirt had to precisely coordinate in material and design.
Solutions and Approach
Design approach: Worked closely with Disney’s in-house team to finalize fabric selections, trims, and color palettes for both locations. The design process emphasized faithful replication at the France Pavilion and elevated luxury detailing for Cinderella’s Suite.
Materials and Customizations
Every element was custom-colored or specially fabricated to align with the existing aesthetic. The Cinderella Suite featured intricate embroidery and coordinated soft goods, while the France Pavilion’s stage treatments were recreated to match previous specifications exactly.
Seamless coordination with Disney’s design, construction, and installation teams ensured the timely execution of both projects. Meticulous planning of fabrication, delivery, and overnight installation was essential to meet Disney’s expectations and timeline.
